5 cups coarsely chopped, peeled and cored cooking apples (about 1-1/2 pounds)
2 cups chopped onions (about 3/4 pound)
2 cups sugar
1 cup seedless raisins
3/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
Combine apples, onions, sugar, raisins, teriyaki sauce, vinegar and ginger in Dutch oven or large saucepan; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Uncover; continue cooking until thickened, about 15 minutes. Refrigerate in covered container at least 1 day to allow flavors to blend. Pack in sterilized jars and store in refrigerator. If desired, wrap for gift giving.

Makes 4-1/2 cups
